tissue due the hectic schedule of your everyday life. Massage is the process of rejuvenating the tissues. Oil is also an important part of massage , nourishing and rejuvenating the skin .

The benefits of massage are manifold . However , its main purpose is relaxation. A proper massage helps to reduce the amount of cortisol hormone , which in turn creates stability in the body and mind. During that intense tranquility , other essential hormones in the body can function properly , which makes you feel better. Although body massage is not possible for everyone , the demand of face massage is high among women . But always keep in mind , however , the face massage is not a long term solution . Again it is not the cause of skin damage . Face massage should be done at regular intervals according to the skin type. Only then you will be able to understand the difference in the radiance of the face . But with this you should have a balance diet and healthy living .

The purpose of face massage is to ensure that the product used in face massage can reach every deep pore in the skin . In addition to increasing blood circulation , for hydration of the skin , stimulating the sinus tissue is also the work of face massage .

Massage Stroke According to skin types :

Skin is mainly of three types – dry , oily , and normal . The whole face should be massaged in three rounds . The chin , around the eye , on both the sides of the nose , forehead , checks , around the lips … every part will be massages.

Oily Skin : There will be a very light massage on oily skin . Because more the massage on  this skin , the more the sebum gland will be stimulated . The amount of oil leakage will increases . Massage should be done with the finger tips . Massage with full hand should be very rare . Oily skin is mainly massaged for cleansing . It can be done in upward or outward motion . Again , massage around the eyes is not necessary during scrubbing .

Acne Problems : If you have more acne on your skin, you should not do hand massage. But in case you want to have face massage you can have a light massage through the facial massager machine.

Normal and Dry Skin : Full hand of massage is only applicable for these two types of skin. Apply the product all over the face and massage in up and down motion.

Any type of organic massage can be done in three stages –

Effleurage: It works by waking up the scalp or facial skin. Very light massage. It can be said that it laid the foundation of the next stage massage.

Petrissage: Massage is done in such a way that it reaches deep into the skin, Removing toxins for the skin. It there is dirt any where in the tissue network, that is also removed.

Tapotement Or Tapping : This the process of tapping with fingers of the hand. This is a variant of the vibration method, where vibration is created with the finger. Different pressure point of the skin is awakened with the help of this process. This increases the speed of blood circulation.

Scalp Massage : These massage techniques are also used in scalp massage. Like our skin, it is also important to massage the scalp to nourish the hair and increases the blood circulation in the scalp. Massage also has the benefit of eliminating the problem of hair loss and helps in re-growing of new hair.

Massage to cover blemishes :

Double chin : Many people want to hide the double chin to enhance the beauty of the face . There are ways to do this temporarily . If a rubber mask is used with facial massage ( where a gauze cloth can be tied over the head covering the chin from the chin for 15 – 20 minutes ) the size of the face may appears compressed to 2-3 inches .

To Reduce Wrinkles : If the skin started to loosens or the skin around the corners of the eyes is wrinkled , many women feel need  of facial massage . After the age of 25 , the normal pH balance of the decreases . However , for those who are modelling or acting or associated with the performing arts , this skin change starts even earlier. This because the suns ultraviolet  rays damage the skin . And those who have to work under the bright light have the same side effects. Sun rays , skin type , genetic factors , collagen and fat loss in the skin , facial sagging…. all together brings up the wrinkles . The fine lining of this wrinkle can be reduced a lot through facial massage .

But if there is a serious problem with your facial skin , no massage should be done . In that case , you need to take the advice of a dermatologist to solve the problem through beauty treatment .

Facial Massage based on Methodological Difference :

Lymphatic Drainage Massage : This massage is done to remove toxins from the body . It can be done on all skin types .

Pressure point massage : Tis type of massage can be done on different pressure point of the body . It can also be done on all skin types . This massage is usually done to reduce stress .

Kobido massage : This massage of Japanese method is done on normal  skin and wrinkled skin .

Classic massage : When it comes to general facial massage it is either classic or normal massage .

According to experts , neck or back massage is also important during face or scalp massage . Understanding the texture and problems of the skin , beauty therapist change the method of massage and stroke .

So before attending your party take a look at the massage you need . And don’t forget to comment whether it is useful to you or not .
