 Does your children hate drinking milk ? And run away from it and you have to run after them ?

Add these two things in their milk and then see the magic. The glass of milk will be finished within the few seconds and you don't have to run after them and this will provide them with every nutrients.

 MILK SHAKE / FLOAT : 

                                              

  • Ingredients :      Milk - 250 ml (1 glass)    
                                  Sugar - 10 gm (2tsp)

                                  Icecream (Vanilla/strawberry/chocolate) - 50 gm (2scoops)

                                  Essence (Vanilla/strawberry/chocolate)  - few drops 

  • Reciepe :   => The milk should be chilled in the freezer for some time and then suger should be added to it . 

                          => To this mixture the chosen essence should be  added depending on the icecream to be added ( if vanilla icecream is added then vanilla essence should be added )                                                                    

                         => The milk, sugar and essence should be shaken well - either mecanically or in a shaker

                        => A foamy milk shake would be prepared after this .To this add 2 scoops  of  icecream so that the milk float will be prepared.                              

  • Benefits :  This contains 207.3 calories , 8.01gm protein , 20.94gm carbohydrate , 10.25gm fat , 301.2gm calcium . It is easy to prepare and takes very less time and it contributes significant amount of nutrients in the diet.
